You will stay abreast of global travel trends, destination information, and booking technologies to offer personalized recommendations and ensure seamless travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize complex international and domestic travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and transfers.
- Utilize GDS systems and other booking platforms efficiently to secure reservations.
- Offer exceptional pre- and post-travel support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant , with a specialization in custom itinerary planning.
- In-depth knowledge of various international destinations and travel products.
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting .
