Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements for personalized trip planning.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation options.
• Create detailed and customized travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour arrangements.
• Provide expert advice on travel documentation, visa requirements, and destination-specific information.
• Manage client bookings, process payments, and handle any changes or cancellations efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and supplier offerings to provide current and relevant advice.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Agent, Tour Planner, or in a similar role within the tourism industry .
• In-depth knowledge of various international and domestic travel destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel booking platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment .
