Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash operations, including monitoring cash positions, executing transactions, and reconciling accounts.
• Develop accurate short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Assist in managing the company's banking relationships and optimizing banking services.
• Support the analysis and execution of debt financing and investment activities.
• Monitor and report on foreign exchange exposures and interest rate risks, recommending hedging strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management systems (TMS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
