About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join their team, supporting operations in Limpopo and surrounding areas. This fully remote role is vital for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory data across multiple locations. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing inventory control procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work independently and contribute to efficient warehouse operations from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend adjustments.
• Generate inventory reports detailing stock status, valuation, and turnover rates.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline inventory processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related logistics role.
