About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Warehouse Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies. This critical role supports our distributed logistics operations, ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our inventory and order fulfillment processes. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, and implementing upgrades or enhancements to maximize system performance. This fully remote position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of WMS functionalities and a commitment to driving operational excellence from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users across various warehouse locations.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and implement regular data backups.
• Develop and execute system testing plans for new features, upgrades, or integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams and operational stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.
• Generate reports and analytics from the WMS to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) administration or support.
• Proven expertise with major WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan Associates, Oracle WMS).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
