About the Role

Our client is seeking a technically adept and experienced Remote Warehouse Systems Specialist . This is a unique opportunity to work entirely remotely, focusing on the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies across our network. You will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operations are efficient, accurate, and technologically advanced. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of WMS functionalities, enjoys solving technical challenges, and excels in a remote, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and work with vendors to resolve software bugs and system errors.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials for WMS users.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate WMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, TMS).
• Identify opportunities to leverage WMS capabilities to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and throughput.
• Provide remote technical support and training to warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
