This role focuses on guiding individuals towards improved physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized coaching sessions conducted entirely online. You will empower clients to set and achieve sustainable health goals, offering support, accountability, and evidence-based strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess clients' current wellness status and future aspirations.
• Develop customized wellness plans encompassing nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and behavioral change strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to create realistic and sustainable action steps for long-term well-being.
• Maintain confidential client records and track progress meticulously using secure digital platforms.

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF accredited).
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in wellness coaching, health coaching, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of holistic health principles, including nutrition, exercise physiology, and mental well-being.
• Exceptional active listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (Zoom, Skype) and client management software.
