About the Role Our client is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Wind Energy Project Manager to join their fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all aspects of wind energy projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication protocols. • Oversee the procurement process for turbines, equipment, and construction services, negotiating contracts with key suppliers and vendors. • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success. • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project development and construction phases.

This role is instrumental in driving the successful development and execution of wind farm projects across diverse geographies. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project lifecycles, from initial site assessment and permitting through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

This position requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the wind energy sector, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives remotely.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy industry , with a significant focus on wind energy projects . • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, including budget and schedule control. • Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, site assessment, permitting processes, and construction management. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively in a remote work environment.
