Our client is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Wind Turbine Technician Supervisor to oversee their operations remotely, supporting teams working at wind farms near Mahikeng . You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbines by providing remote guidance, coordinating maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting issues. Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote supervision, technical guidance, and support to wind turbine technician teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on wind turbines.

- Monitor turbine performance using remote monitoring systems and identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with site managers and logistics teams for parts, equipment, and personnel deployment.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wind Turbine Technician with at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of wind turbine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices in wind energy operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively and manage a team remotely.
- Relevant certifications in wind turbine technology and safety (e.g., GWO).
