Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educational institutions, community groups, and youth-focused organizations.
• Create and manage content for social media and other digital platforms to promote youth engagement.
• Organize and coordinate virtual events, challenges, and projects.
• Track participant engagement and program outcomes, providing regular reports.
• Identify potential challenges and develop creative solutions for remote youth engagement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Youth Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with youth, preferably in program coordination or facilitation roles.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering virtual programs or online content for young people.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth effectively online.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), social media, and other digital engagement tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for youth empowerment and development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Understanding of child protection policies and online safety protocols.
