Renewals Specialist - Remote

This role owns the full renewal process for a large book of mid-sized business customers, around 60 renewals each quarter. That means sending quotes, negotiating terms, handling procurement and legal back-and-forth, and getting contracts signed and recorded correctly. A strong candidate has done SaaS renewals before, keeps forecasts and CRM data tidy, and enjoys building structure where little exists yet.

How it fits the AI era

AI and automation can take over much of the repetitive renewal work, such as drafting quotes, tracking dates, sending reminders and updating records. That frees time for the parts that stay human: reading how a customer really feels, negotiating fairly, and working out a path forward when an account looks at risk. The role is meant to scale through smarter workflows, not by adding more people.

How it builds AI experience

The company makes a workflow automation tool, so this role is a natural place to practise automating a real business process with it. Someone could build flows that flag upcoming renewals, prepare order forms or summarize account health for the customer success team. Trying the product before applying and sharing a first workflow is a good way to start building that experience.
