This position is vital for analyzing reservoir performance, developing production strategies, and optimizing hydrocarbon recovery across various assets. Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed reservoir characterization and performance analysis using simulation software.
• Develop and update dynamic reservoir models to forecast production and evaluate development scenarios.
• Recommend and implement enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques to maximize resource extraction.
• Conduct economic evaluations of reservoir development plans and potential projects.
• Collaborate with geoscientists and production engineers to optimize field operations.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and partners.
Requirements
• Master's or PhD degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in reservoir engineering, with a strong background in simulation and data analysis.
• Expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG Suite, Petrel RE).
• Proven ability to perform complex reservoir studies and economic analysis.
• Excellent understanding of geological concepts, fluid properties, and production mechanisms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
