Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging online lessons on robotics and artificial intelligence principles.
• Design and oversee virtual projects, simulations, and challenges for students.
• Explain complex concepts related to programming, hardware, AI algorithms, and machine learning in an accessible manner.
• Provide one-on-one and group online coaching and mentorship to students.
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback on projects and assignments.
• Stay current with advancements in robotics, AI, and educational technology.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment within the online classroom.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that students may encounter during virtual labs or simulations.
• Contribute to the development of new courses and educational content in STEM fields.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, AI, or a related STEM field.
• Proven experience in teaching or training in robotics, AI, or related technology subjects.
• Strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++), microcontrollers, sensors, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with virtual learning environments and online teaching tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
• Passion for STEM education and inspiring young minds.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with robotics kits and AI platforms is highly desirable.
