Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager for APJ to lead a multilingual, multi‑country sales development team across both inbound and outbound motions. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, partner teams, and regional stakeholders.
Expand stakeholder engagement expectations across sales, marketing, partner teams, operations, enablement, and global SDR leadership.
The role focuses on building and managing the pipeline for Akamai's Security and Cloud priorities, working closely with Field, Inside Sales, marketing, partners, and regional stakeholders to drive new customer acquisition and support early stages of the sales cycle.
Demonstrate partner engagement, data‑driven coaching, operational rigor, and the ability to manage complexity across multiple APJ markets. Inspect pipeline, conduct data‑driven coaching, and collaborate with partners across APJ. Qualifications Experience in sales, identifying business needs and opportunities.
Background in sales training and people management. Experience working in a cross‑functional environment. Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
