Full-Time Technical role based in Toronto, Ontario, CA.

Work with teams to create and review estimates for technical solutions and software development. Location options include Halifax, NS (hybrid) or remote within Canada. The salary range is $135,000 to $150,000 annually, with on-target earnings (OTE) comprising base pay and variable compensation.
Responsibilities Take a lead role on major Salesforce Industries Cloud projects and solve complex business problems. Lead the building of solutions on the Salesforce platform, including development using OmniStudio, Flows and LWCs. Leverage deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystems to deliver declarative and non-declarative custom solutions.
Collaborate with Admins, Developers and Leadership to deliver efficient and scalable solutions to complex problems. Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables on client projects. Design the data model, user interface, business logic and security for custom Salesforce applications.
Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment and documentation of solutions. Own the technical standards for development and integration of Salesforce solutions, including UI/UX. Lead audit and security checks of client instances. Design and develop automated solutions to improve scalability and quality of deliverables.
