What You'll Do • Own the full lifecycle: from prototype to production deployment • Lead development of AI agents using modern frameworks (vLLM, SGLang) • Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuning • Design scalable solutions that balance cost, performance, and security • Collaborate with teams to transform enterprise workflows Agent Development • Experience building and deploying LLM-based agents • Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals • Exposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA) • Basic knowledge of evaluation frameworks Core Skills • Strong Python chops • Familiarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI • Experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) What Makes You Stand Out • You've built and shipped AI agents beyond tutorial projects • You're comfortable with rapid prototyping and iteration • You understand the importance of AI safety and responsible development • You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • You're eager to learn and adapt as AI technology evolves • Portfolio of agent projects you can walk us through • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

We base all employment decisions--including recruitment, selection, training, compensation, benefits, discipline, promotions, transfers, lay-offs, return from lay-off, terminations and social/recreational programs--on valid job requirements.

The base salary range for this position in Canada is $115,000 - $165,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily.
