Ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring and performance optimization of the SAP systems Main contact person and management of SAP support (ECS) Administration, creation and configuration of SAP clients Technical integration of additional modules and SAP functionalities into the SAP landscape (S/4HANA & SAP Cloud solutions) Coordination of external service providers and support with projects Documentation of all technical processes (e.g. job creation), system settings and operating information Setting up systems
