Are you an experienced SAP HCM consultant with a strong focus on payroll and time management processes?
Would you like to contribute to the evolution of a future-ready HR landscape within an international organization? As an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our SAP HCM on-premise systems, SuccessFactors, and the future H4S4 environment.
This position offers full remote flexibility within Germany, with regular collaboration in a supportive team setup.
Your Tasks
- Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors processes, especially in the areas of payroll and time management
- Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and
- Fiori apps Ensure high-quality 2nd-level support following ITIL standards
- Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Expand your knowledge in SAP
- Fiori and Cloud
- Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects
