Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM). • Analyze business requirements and define SAP solutions aligned with best practices. • Prepare and conduct Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops. • Design solutions and propose process improvements to address identified gaps. • Coordinate system implementation with nearshore/offshore teams. • Act as a trusted advisor to the client and take on project management responsibilities.

Requirements • 8-10 years of experience in SAP EWM/TM. • Participation in 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP EWM/TM. • Deep knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (certification is a plus). • Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects. • Strong skills in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences. • Higher education degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent. • Excellent command of English (written and spoken). • Proactive, communicative team player and self-starter. • Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
