Scientific Communications Project Manager - Fluent English (100% remote)

With a global presence and more than 140 affiliates worldwide , the company focuses on the research, development, and commercialization of therapeutic solutions for human and animal health , and operates an international hub from which global projects are managed.

We are currently looking for a Scientific Communication Project Manager to join the global team, with a focus on Global Inflammation.

What will your responsibilities be?

• End-to-end project management within the Medical Affairs function, with a focus on scientific publications.
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams at an international level.
• Monitoring timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Ensuring quality and compliance with scientific and regulatory standards.

What are the requirements?

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably within the publications field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Advanced level of English (equivalent to C1-C2).

Nice to Have

• Understanding of medical publications workflows and Medical Affairs.
• Previous experience in a scientific communication agency or related environments**.**
• Exposure to project management activities , including experience gained through internships or similar junior roles.
