SDET Tech Lead at BairesDev

What you will do

• - Define and implement technical strategies and frameworks for test automation and quality assurance.
• - Lead and manage a team of SDETs, setting objectives, and conducting performance reviews.
• - Facilitate collaboration between QA, development, and other departments to enhance software quality.
• - Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing systems and infrastructure.
• - Drive continuous improvement in test automation practices, tools, and processes.
• - Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and test automation across the organization.

What we are looking for

• - 7+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• - Proficient in leading test automation projects and guiding junior SDETs.
• - In-depth knowledge of advanced testing methodologies and best practices.
• - Strong experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines with integrated testing.
• - Expertise in both technical and managerial aspects of quality assurance.
• - Skilled in stakeholder management and technical decision-making.
• - Advanced level of English.
