• Contribute to the preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and proxy statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S.

GAAP and SEC rules. • Support the drafting of financial statement footnote disclosures, MD&A, and schedules, and coordinate data collection from internal stakeholders. • Maintain the SEC filing calendar, assist with XBRL tagging, and collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
