Senior Accountant - Fully remote

KeyMoves is partnering with boutique accounting firm, with a satellite office in Melbourne CBD, to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to work 100% remote from anywhere in Australia

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including dynamic privately owned businesses, high-profile individuals, and SMEs across a range of industries, providing strong exposure to both compliance and advisory work.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS
• Delivering tax planning and strategic advisory to clients
• Managing client relationships from day one
• Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality service
• Mentoring junior and offshore staff and reviewing work as needed

Requirements

• 5 years + experience working working within Business Services / Business Advisory services (In Australia)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
• Strong understanding of various structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships)
• Experience in managing, delegation and reviewing junior team members
• Performance related bonus (10%)
