About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on effective pest and disease management strategies, including integrated pest management (IPM) techniques.

• Provide expert consultation and training to farmers and agricultural professionals via virtual platforms.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the agriculture sector.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Agronomy, Soil Science, Crop Science, or a related agricultural field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomic consulting or crop management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex agricultural data and translate findings into actionable advice.
• Excellent understanding of sustainable farming practices, soil chemistry, and plant physiology.
• Proficiency with agricultural software, GIS, and remote sensing technologies.
• Strong virtual communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
