Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research in generative models, including GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and large language models.
• Design, implement, and evaluate novel generative architectures and training methodologies.
• Develop algorithms for complex tasks such as image synthesis, text generation, and data augmentation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in generative AI and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the team's scientific output.
• Analyze and interpret complex experimental results to guide future research directions.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for generative AI at our client.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a specialization in generative models.
• 5+ years of research experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative modeling.
• Proven expertise in implementing and training GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, or large language models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Demonstrated ability to publish research in leading AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
• Strong mathematical background, particularly in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Experience with distributed training and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive research initiatives within a remote setting.
