Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for architectural projects, from initial concept sketches to detailed construction drawings.

• Conduct rigorous design reviews and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional Architect registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in BIM software (Revit) and advanced architectural visualization tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projects.
