About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client briefs and project objectives.
• Create high-quality architectural drawings, detailed models, and persuasive presentations using advanced design software.
• Oversee and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance design studio environment.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless integration of design and technical requirements.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and provide expert feedback to refine and elevate design outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to inform project strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, Rhino, and advanced rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape).
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage design processes independently.
• Exceptional spatial reasoning, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully delivering complex projects remotely.
