About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architectural Designer to join their established firm, operating on a fully remote basis, with a focus on projects originating from George . This is a unique opportunity to contribute your design expertise to a wide range of exciting architectural endeavors without the need for relocation. You will be responsible for leading design development from conceptualization through to detailed design, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically superior outcomes. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with a distributed team of architects, technologists, and consultants, leveraging digital tools to bring architectural visions to life, embodying the firm's commitment to design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for diverse architectural projects, from concept development to detailed construction documentation.

• Develop innovative and creative design solutions that meet client needs and project objectives.

• Produce high-quality architectural drawings , renderings, and presentations for client reviews and stakeholder engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other consultants in a virtual environment.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the firm's design philosophy and standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design leadership.

• Expertise in Revit , AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).

• Demonstrated ability to manage design aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.

• Deep understanding of architectural principles, building technology, and sustainable design practices.
