About the Role
Our client seeks a highly knowledgeable and intuitive Senior Aromatherapist to join their wellness practice, operating entirely remotely. This role involves providing expert consultation on the therapeutic use of essential oils for clients seeking natural approaches to physical and emotional well-being. You will develop personalized aromatherapy plans, create custom blends, and educate clients on safe and effective application methods through virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations via video conference to understand their health concerns and wellness goals.
- Develop personalized aromatherapy treatment plans and custom essential oil blends tailored to individual needs.
- Educate clients on the properties of various essential oils, their therapeutic benefits, and safe usage practices.
- Provide guidance on creating a calming and therapeutic home environment using aromatherapy.
- Maintain accurate client records and track the effectiveness of prescribed aromatherapy protocols.
- Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and safety guidelines in aromatherapy.
Requirements
- Certification from a recognized aromatherapy school or association (e.g., NAHA, IFPA).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Aromatherapist.
- In-depth knowledge of essential oils, their chemical constituents, therapeutic actions, and safety precautions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills for effective virtual client interaction.
- Ability to formulate unique essential oil blends for specific therapeutic outcomes.
