Senior Backend Engineer — ClarOps
ClarOps is the team that makes Clara run. A big part of the road ahead is building the integration platform that lets the rest of the Clara ecosystem plug into this backend, including the new wave of tools other teams are building on top of AI.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to lead backend initiatives within the team. This role goes beyond coding: you'll shape technical direction, raise the engineering bar across the team, and own the performance and scalability of the systems that directly support Clara's operational efficiency.
The roadmap is one of the most interesting at the company: re-architecting how Clara runs around AI, with deep cross-functional reach and real leverage on how we scale. You'll influence architecture, drive decisions, and partner cross-functionally on some of Clara's most impactful challenges.
We move fast and trust our engineers to own outcomes end-to-end. That means autonomy to make decisions, proactivity to surface problems before they become blockers, and the attitude to push initiatives across the finish line without waiting to be told what to do.
