Senior BIM Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Specialist to join their completely remote architecture practice. This role is pivotal in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across all project phases. You will be responsible for developing BIM standards, training team members, and ensuring the efficient use of BIM tools for design, coordination, and construction. Working from home, you will connect with project teams globally, driving technical excellence and innovation in digital construction workflows, contributing to a more integrated and efficient design and delivery process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and project-specific BIM standards.
• Create, manage, and coordinate complex BIM models for architectural projects.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and facilitate resolution with project teams.
• Provide training and support to architects and technologists on BIM software and workflows.
• Stay abreast of the latest BIM technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a BIM Specialist or Coordinator in an architectural setting.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Deep understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards.
• Experience with scripting and automation within BIM environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
