Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
• Develop and maintain core blockchain infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write secure, efficient, and well‑documented code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Implement and manage blockchain‑based applications and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain networks and smart contracts.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in smart contract development languages such as Solidity.
• Experience with popular blockchain frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Web3.js).
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Experience with other programming languages like Node.js, Python, or Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices for smart contract development.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
