Senior Catering Coordinator - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive catering plans, menus, and event timelines in collaboration with clients and sales teams.
• Oversee event logistics, including staffing, equipment, vendor management, and on-site coordination (remotely directing on-site teams).
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for all catered events.
• Conduct post-event analysis to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Source and maintain relationships with high-quality food and beverage suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the catering operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or Senior Coordinator, with a strong portfolio of successful events.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent understanding of culinary arts, food presentation, and event planning principles.
• Proficiency in catering management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
