About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Change Management Consultant to join their dynamic, fully remote team. This critical role focuses on guiding organizations through significant transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, systems, and strategies. You will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and foster a culture that embraces change. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics and driving positive outcomes in a virtual setting, supporting clients nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and deliver engaging communication and training programs to support organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and team meetings to foster collaboration and address change-related concerns.
• Assess the impact of change and measure adoption rates, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a similar consulting role.
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives within large, complex organizations.
• Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and communication strategies.
• Excellent virtual facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
