Senior Chemical Engineer - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new chemical processes from concept to commercialization, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform detailed process calculations, equipment sizing, and cost estimations for capital projects.
• Conduct advanced process modeling and simulation to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff remotely.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and findings to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical process design and development, preferably in a remote setting.
• Deep expertise in chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and process control strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with process safety analysis and risk assessment methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation software and data analysis tools.
