About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic, fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and planning of infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and site development, adhering to all relevant codes and standards. • Conduct thorough site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments for new projects. • Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and construction drawings using industry-standard software. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project execution from conception to completion. • Oversee construction activities, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. • Collaborate virtually with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and maintain strong working relationships.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management . • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. • Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools. • Demonstrated experience in leading complex infrastructure projects and managing remote teams effectively. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
