Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage project lifecycles, including feasibility, planning, design, execution, and closeout, remotely.
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasts with precision.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and collaborative spirit.
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and negotiation processes with key vendors and partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project sites.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in construction management , with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in remote project leadership and proficiency with advanced collaboration and project management technologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
