Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate law, with a strong emphasis on transactional work.

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
