Key Responsibilities • Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources within the mining operations. • Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights. • Automate data processes and reporting where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Document data processes, methodologies, and findings clearly and concisely.

Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within the mining or resources sector . • Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis. • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, and data warehousing. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
