• You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape tokenized real-world asset access.
Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end design from user research through final specs delivered to engineering.
• Design complex workflows for onboarding, KYC/AML, dashboards, and trading experiences.
• Lead discovery efforts including user interviews and usability testing.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of product/UX design experience with complex multi-step user flows.
• Strong proficiency in Figma including component libraries and prototyping.
• Experience designing for regulated products like fintech or healthcare.
