We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team, supporting customers across mining operations and corporate environments.
What you’ll be doing
Provide onsite and remote desktop support across mining operations, ensuring reliable access to critical systems and minimising downtime for field and corporate teams Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in high‑demand environments Operate in line with strict safety, compliance, and site requirements, maintaining operational continuity Manage and prioritise incidents, service requests, and escalations in an SLA-driven environment Maintain ownership of complex issues through to resolution, including appropriate escalation where requir You will be a proactive individual who is passionate about customer service, confident managing escalations, and comfortable operating at a senior level within a hands-on support role.
