Key Responsibilities:
• Mature the privacy program including PIAs, DPIAs, data subject rights, and vendor reviews.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed privacy by design into agile development.
• Lead privacy incident readiness and response, including breach assessment and regulatory notification.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, or technology law.
• Extensive expertise in GDPR, US state privacy laws, and Canadian privacy laws.
• Experience advising on emerging identity technologies, AI, and biometrics.
