About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision and technical guidance for drilling operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of drilling programs, including well design, equipment selection, and logistics.
• Monitor drilling performance, identify operational risks, and implement mitigation strategies in real-time.
• Manage relationships with drilling contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders involved in operations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of drilling operations and personnel.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of drilling progress, incidents, and key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, well control, and safety procedures in the Oil & Gas sector .
• Proven ability to manage complex drilling projects and remote teams effectively.
