Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert strategic consultation to clients on all aspects of early childhood education program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Lead the development and delivery of advanced training programs and professional development for educators and administrators.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing early childhood initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the early childhood sector.
• Author research papers, case studies, and policy recommendations based on project findings and industry trends.

Requirements

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within early childhood education or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, program evaluation, and policy analysis.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead remote teams effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
