Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of complex electrical systems and infrastructure.

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers working remotely.
• Conduct thorough analysis, including load flow, short-circuit, and protection studies for power systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related advanced technical degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with significant project leadership roles.
• Expertise in power systems analysis, distribution design, and control systems.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering software such as ETAP, PSS/E, or similar simulation and design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage complex projects independently.
