About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join their team in a fully remote capacity . This role is crucial for managing and executing electrical engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be a key contributor to the successful implementation of projects across various sectors, working remotely from Klerksdorp or any other suitable location. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing complex electrical engineering initiatives effectively in a distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, including planning, design, execution, and closure.
• Develop detailed project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the design and implementation of electrical infrastructure, power systems, and control solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project engineering and management.
