• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with proficiency in handling large datasets and scenario modeling.
• Solid grasp of healthcare finance concepts like CMS allowables, wRVUs, and GAAP principles.
• Critical thinker who uncovers underlying business questions behind data.
• Self-directed operator moving from ambiguous inputs to structured deliverables.
• AI-enabled problem solver using modern tools to work faster without sacrificing accuracy. • Build and maintain financial models for FP&A, including revenue, expenses, provider compensation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Partner with department leaders to manage budgets, analyze costs, and investigate operational variances to recommend corrective actions.
• Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive finance tasks and enhance reporting efficiency.
