What You’ll Do
• Develop accessible front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and tools
• Build with inclusive, semantic HTML, strong ARIA practices, and assistive tech compatibility
• Participate in manual and automated accessibility testing, debugging issues from a user-centered lens
• Contribute to VPATs, ACRs, and documentation that supports long-term compliance and transparency
• Collaborate with designers, testers, and product teams to improve accessibility outcomes across the board
What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years of experience in full-stack or frontend development
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA), keyboard navigation, and responsive design
• Experience working with accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, manual screen reader testing)
• Comfortable working in agile, iterative teams and adjusting to evolving needs
• Strong communication skills — especially around access and usability
