Senior General Counsel (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a General Counsel to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves providing legal guidance to a high-growth technology platform operating in the AI and microtasking space. Responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance for a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for technology partnerships, vendor agreements, and client engagements.
• Advise senior leadership on legal risks, compliance obligations, and strategic decision-making in AI-driven operations.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution, including coordinating with external counsel as needed.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and employment regulations across jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement policies to mitigate legal exposure in a rapidly evolving gig-economy landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in technology or platform-based businesses.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, commercial law, and regulatory compliance for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and AI-specific regulations.
• Experience managing cross-border legal matters and advising on global workforce policies.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business strategies.
