Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across a variety of general ledger accounts, including Cash, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Leases, Investments, Payroll, and other balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Payroll, PeopleOps, Legal, and other business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial information.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by analyzing financial results, investigating variances and discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. How to be successful:
5+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus. What you can expect:
